Pega Lead System Architect

The client have selected Pega Customer Services as their Advisor UI for their Contact Centre staff. The solution will be at the heart of the Contact Centre operations, integrating with the Telephony services and wider estate back end systems.

Following an agile approach based in client offices in Manchester, this role will be key to roll-out across all contact centre staff.

Candidate will be certified in this role and have relevant delivery experience. Expected activities as per standard Pega role definitions:

  • Provides Thought Leadership to the customer with respect to implementing a Pegasystems solution
  • Overall responsibility for the design and technical delivery
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the Pega solution
  • Design Class Hierarchy
  • Design for Reuse
  • Review Infrastructure requirements
  • Enable team members - provide guidance and advice on
  • technical issues
  • Data Architecture definition
  • Review of Data Management plan
  • Review Alert Logs and ensure
