We are pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to join a robust payroll team, based within a global IT technology business. Due to recent business expansion the team is growing and as a result they require a payroll specialist who is business fluent in Hebrew to take responsibility for the management of their employee payroll in the Middle East region.

The role

  • You will have full responsibility for the management & oversight of outsourced payrolls.
  • Which will include travel & entertainment overview and analysis for UK entities and Implementation of law/social/tax changes.
  • Compliance for all expenses reports & payroll, create and post required journals.
  • Provide support for monthly reconciliations of all payroll related General Ledger Accounts. Coordinate close activities and payroll actuals analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employees.

The person

  • The successful candidate must have previous relevant payroll experience ideally gained within global business environments.
  • You must be able to speak, read and understand the Hebrew language. Previous financial accounting journals experience and skills desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing large scale outsourced or internal payrolls.
  • You will have a extensive knowledge of statutory calculations and a good level of Excel skills. Preference will be allocated to those candidates with ADP payroll skills and experience.
