Payroll Administrator- Competitive Salary and Benefits - Portsmouth

Looking for a Payroll Administrator for a leading Global business on a permanent basis.

This individual will ensure the timely and accurate payment of all payees on all occasions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

As a Payroll Administrator this individual will have great administrative skills and will be an integral member of the Payroll Team.

Main Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Responsibility for Processing of weekly/monthly payrolls as assigned.
  • Timely/Accurate inputting of payroll related data. Including New Employee/Leaver Records.
  • Accurate updating of staff records via the Company Payroll System.
  • Efficient Production and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Accurate checking and reconciling of payroll reports before BACS run.

Essential Technical & Specialist knowledge:

  • Good Microsoft Office IT skills.
  • High quality output and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Accountable - owns, communicates and delivers.

Salary of up to £20,000
