Product or Service:
PRS Proposition are responsible for the industry leading DataScope delivery solutions. DataScope provides non-real time (including Reference data, pricing data, Corporate Actions data, and legal entities data) to financial and non-financial institutions to support their operational requirements.

Role Summary:
The candidate for the PRS Proposition Associate role will primarily be responsible for the PRS content and commercial solutions with particular emphasis in re-distribution opportunities. This will include but is not limited to gaining an understanding of the market place to help determine likely content sets for our solutions, commercial frameworks for both direct and indirect models, launches, marketing and usage assessments.

Main Responsibilities:
The PRS Proposition Associate will be responsible for driving content to support partners and helping to evolve the PRS Redistribution proposition in conjunction with the PRS Proposition Manager which will include:

  • Assisting in horizontal engagement with SAM and Partners Team to ensure successful progress of PRS redistribution proposition in the market. This will include helping to define the strategy to migrate existing PRS redistributors onto new commercials/products.
  • Work with product management team to ensure the DataScope redistribution access are launched as per the business case plan and include all functionalities
  • Support engagement with commercial strategy to assist redistribution framework. Ensure the Products are compliant with commercial and administration framework. Launch new use cases based on market feedback.
  • Help ensure management team is part of the strategic development of the PRS redistribution models
  • Work with proposition marketing to develop strong market strategy
  • Help define content requirements to help support re-distribution requirements as well as broader content requirements



Additional responsibilities

  • Support finance team to successfully launch PRS usage campaign
  • Work with other PRS Proposition Manager to develop cohesive PRS strategy across all business lines.
  • Contribute to EDP strategy and ensure the next generation solutions meet PRS standards and requirements
  • Become a central point of expertise and vocal proponent of PRS redistribution frameworks

Essential Skills/Experience required:

  • Extensive knowledge of how the company works to ensure successful horizontal engagement with business partners
  • Ability to understand customer/partners business drivers and develop an effective commercial strategy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to support GTM to respond to RFP, including communication with prospect/customers



Desired Skills/Experience Required:

  • Relevant experience ideal but not a requirement
  • A good understanding of the financial industry, including different asset classes, data types, trading and operational processes is desirable
  • Working knowledge of various commercial data packages
  • Working knowledge in 3rd party right managements
  • Travel may be required
