Partnerships Operations Executive - Stakeholder, Public Relations, Not-for-profit, Public Sector.

Holborn, Central London - Permanent - £36,020 plus benefits (Pension, Private Health Care, Life Assurance, and more)

Are you an experienced in Marketing/Advertisement within the Public or Third Sector? Do you have a passion for delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders or partners? Looking to use your digital knowledge to spread the word on money advice?

If this sound like you we are looking to recruit a Partnership Operations Executive for a personal finance consumer focused organisation, who operate on a not for profit basis. Based in the company office in London, you will play a key role in operational support in the roll out and maintenance of syndication partner implementation, analytics and with some additional responsibility for the Retirement Advisor Directory.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge on current industry best practice for content syndication and content sharing.
  • Managing day-to-day partnership implementation and existing partner service levels.
  • Ensure that partnership enquiries are either replied to or passed on to the team, such as those from the Partnership Team Inbox.
  • Administration and development of the syndication platform. Ensure that enhancements, new functionality requirements and issues (including recording business risks) are captured and fed back into the Partnerships team, Product Management and Development teams.
  • Demonstrate basic level Search Engine Optimisation knowledge to support initial partner discussions on the MAS third sector SEO service offer.
  • Support colleagues at partner meetings by being able to talk through syndication options, capabilities and limitations.
  • Providing insight into partner performance by producing, updating and interpreting regular and ad hoc performance reports, including; weekly traffic reports, monthly dashboard reports, CRM reports, other ad hoc team reporting requests.

Essential Criteria:

  • Digital native, understanding the technology challenges of our publisher partners across multiple platforms/devices
  • Demonstrable experience with using and knowledge of Google Analytics or similar
  • Able to analyse and communicate data insights, business opportunities and make recommendations
  • Comfortable combining a wide range of data sources to improve reporting, analysis and recommendations
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Comfortable with html
  • Confident Excel user - experience manipulating large sets of data in a variety of ways.
  • Expertise in being client-facing, with the ability to communicate effectively with Partners and trouble shoot issues.
  • Methodical problem solver

Salaries are given on a full time basis, and will be adjusted for those working less than full time.
