Partner Success Manager - 3-month Contract - Reading with travel

Partner Success Manager required to join an IT Services Corporation based in Reading on a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a specific set of partners to deliver technical and adoption activities to the client's joint customers
  • Understand the partner eco-system within the organisation and help your partners leverage it for their success within the program
  • Understand your partner's business values and goals and influence them to change their business process to be more effective in driving Office 365 deployment
  • Develop, foster and maintain effective partner relationships maintaining customer & partner satisfaction
  • Provide continual feedback for the FastTrack processes and entire deployment cycle
  • Work closely with the Program team to continuously improve the partner program and processes
  • Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services\Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics
  • Be recognized as an evangelist for Office 365 and partner ecosystem
  • Establish a rhythm of business to stay engaged and informed about your partner's strategy, business priorities, investments and execution
  • Accountable for results of metrics within a broad operational or segment scorecard
  • This role may require occasional travel

Required Skills

  • Cloud adoption competency.
  • Competent communicator with the ability to deliver training, readiness and change information to different internal and external audiences
  • Office 365 technical competency: Possess level 200 knowledge of Office 365 services
  • Strong experience in working with people a cross functions and geographies team
  • Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
  • Project management and / or ITIL certifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of Technical Consulting, Project Management, Support, or Microsoft Field experience and Team Coordination
  • Fluent English is a must with an additional European language as a nice to have
