You'll be providing PA support with UK for the Senior Leader and Leadership Team members when required.
Co-ordinating a busy schedule, monitoring of email, dealing with administrative tasks, organising travel, team meetings and follow up actions from various meetings.
Dealing with senior personnel (both internally and externally), vital qualities include discretion, confidence and good organisation skills.

Actively supporting the company policy and best practice in terms of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive information

Role Responsibilities

  • Taking full responsibility and ownership of diary, strategically manages time and calendar by exercising discretion and decision-making while sorting and filtering requests and solving conflicts.
  • Ensuring strategic priorities are met in a timely manner and keeping the Senior Leader on schedule by providing prompts.
  • Ensuring all relevant travel documents and transportation are organised in advance.
  • Setting up a system to 'categorise' all emails, inbox and sent mails, to ensure emails are prioritized and dealt with daily.
  • Reviewing actionable emails at office meetings.
  • Creating and managing on-line / off line filing system.
  • Producing and co-ordinating engagement & visibility plans, including updates to senior leader engagement tracker.
  • Demonstrating financial awareness and take responsibility for ensuring purchase orders, Orderdesk and T&S requests are reviewed and in line with company policy and challenge where appropriate before gaining approval.
  • Building an effective EA/PA network.
  • Proactively managing projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analysing information.
  • Proactively reviewing office processes and implements efficient ways of working.

Personality and Experience Fit

  • Highly resourceful and approachable team-player, with the ability to prioritise, with excellent attention to detail and minimum level of error.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of stakeholders.
  • IT literacy, advanced level skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Significant experience of multi-tasking, dealing with volume, delivering consistently to a high standard.
  • A diplomat, good listener, able to demonstrate problem solving should be capable of competently managing the office in the absence of the Senor Leader.
