Role: Oracle Financials CC&B Consultant
Start Date: ASAP

Location: Edinburgh / Remote (Location will be predominately remote working, but there may be a need to be on client site at times in Edinburgh)

Role Description:

Investigate and define resolution activities to deliver targeted solutions against a series of Oracle CC&B functional issues identified as critical by the client. The delivery of these solutions will assist the client with reducing operational issues being encountered through mitigating a series of existing system design constraints which have led to related system failures and manual workaround activities.

1. Review of the existing CC&B Customer model
2. Update to existing CC&B payment allocation routines
3. Introduction of electronic Customer communications
4. Updates to critical CC&B reports
5. Review and potential re-design of CC&B integrations

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years' experience implementing or supporting the Oracle CC&B application preferably within a Water Utility industry.

Skills:

Oracle CC&B implementation and/or support experience. Ability to review current client set up and configuration, design and implement changes to configuration and reports.

  • Water Utilities experience (Preferred)


* At least two years implementing/Supporting Oracle Customer Care Billing Function
* Able to understand customer business processes and identify gaps in current implementations
* Able to conduct CC&B requirements and functional solution workshops with customers
* Good knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections
* Able to drive business process improvements where relevant
* Able to work with customer on Blue prints and derive functional solution based on requirements
* Knowledge of CC&B batches and algorithms and plug in points

  • Very good Written and Oral Communications Skills
