Oracle EBS/Fusion Programme Manager
Immediate Start
Duration: Initial 3 Months / Transitioning into perm

Summary of Job Purpose:

Act as Programme Manager of Oracle EBS or Fusion implementations.

Skills Requirements

  • Extensive hands on experience in project management of medium to large ERP implementation projects, preferably Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP).
  • Track record of at least 8 successful full cycle implementations (analysis, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training to cutover).
  • Extremely strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and from all backgrounds i.e. business stakeholders, technical/functional architects, developers, internal management … etc.
  • Extremely strong in managing internal and external teams.
  • Experienced in onsite/offshore operating model.
  • Proactive in managing risks and issues.
  • Able to develop detail project plans on his/her own without depending on others to describe what needs to be done or sequence of events or how long each task should take. The candidate should have the relevant experience in EBS (and preferably Fusion too) implementations.

  • Able to manage senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Able to sell ideas to the client with the aim of growing his/her account.
  • Able to build good relationships internally with peers and superiors, as well as with client stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to deliver high quality presentations and documents.

Must have personality traits:

  • Highly positive.
  • Proactive, self-managed, motivated, passionate about the job, with strong ambition to grow in his/her career.
  • Able to receive constructive feedback from clients and colleagues positively and works on it.

Experience and Knowledge:

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience in managing Oracle EBS R12 financial and procurement implementations and integration projects.


  • Experience in integrating Oracle EBS or Fusion to Oracle Retail
  • Experience in ERP implementations in the retail industry
  • Experience on working on large and complex bids
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies

Years of Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in project/programme management of ERP implementations, especially Oracle EBS.


Must Have:

  • Relevant BSC 2:1, Master or MBA


  • Accounting qualification or accounting related experience
  • Desirable, Oracle Certified Professional for EBS
  • Desirable, Oracle Certified Professional for Fusion Applications
