Oracle EBS/Fusion P2P Functional Lead
Location: Leciester
Duration: Initial 3 Months +Transitioning into perm

Summary of Job Purpose:

Act as the P2P functional/workstream lead in an Oracle EBS or Fusion implementations.

Skills Requirements

  • Extensive hands on experience in implementing all of following modules: Oracle EBS iProc, Purchasing, Payables, and Fixed Assets. Any additional functional knowledge of General Ledger, Property Manager, Receivables, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Inventory, Supply Chain or other Oracle modules would be highly desired.
  • At least 6 full cycle implementations (analysis, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training to cutover) of Oracle EBS P2P modules.
  • Able to show thought-leadership in every interaction with the client and the project team.
  • Able to manage a team onsite and offshore.

  • Able to sell ideas to the client with the aim of growing his/her account.

Experience and Knowledge:

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience as a functional lead in fresh implementations of Oracle EBS R12 financial and procurement modules


  • To benefit from the current shift in market trend and for faster career progression, it is desirable if the candidate has experience in Oracle Cloud ERP i.e. Fusion financials, procurement, and project and portfolio management
  • Experience in integrating Oracle EBS or Fusion to Oracle Retail
  • Experience in ERP implementations in the retail industry
  • Experience on working on large and complex bids
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, especially Oracle Financials and Procurement.


Must Have:

  • Relevant BSC 2:1, Master or MBA


  • Accounting qualification or accounting related experience
  • Desirable, Oracle Certified Professional for EBS
  • Desirable, Oracle Certified Professional for Fusion Applications
