Role - Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant
Location - London/Hybrid
Duration - 6-month contract
Clearance - A higher level of government clearance would be preferred for this role, however those without the clearance will still be considered.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Payroll and Time & Labour
- Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
- Update systems with progress on incidents
- Work with third parties to resolve incidents
- Update config management and knowledge management databases
- Support path to live release management and deployment
Highly Desiable skills for this role are:
- Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, HCM (H2R) Payroll, Absence, Time & labour and Compensation
- Configuration Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour (T&L) and Compensation
- Configuration of OOTB reporting tools OTBI, FRC and knowledge of standard reports
- Process knowledge of Payroll, T&L, Absence and Compensation
- Preparation of functional specs for integration and reports
- Experience of Level 2 and 3 support
- Change management and enhancement deployment from test to production
