Operations Support Manager My Client is currently seeking an Operations Support Manager to work within their managed service team delivering IT services to a high-profile customer. You will act as the primary first point of contact for the customer and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the services. You will work closely alongside the Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for the day to day management of engineers and come from a technical infrastructure background. You will ideally have worked on a customer site or have experience delivering to 3rd parties. Solid ITIL knowledge is essential as Is a good understanding of service delivery management. Previous team management experience will also be highly desirable.
