Operations Executive - Excel, Excellent Communication skills, Operations

Location: Osterley, West London

We are actively looking to secure an Operations Executive to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Your key responsibilities:

This role requires a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team member to support the delivery of Marketing & Service Operations. Providing support for a team of Operations Managers and executive's helping to support BAU work streams and project deliverables.

  • Support the delivery of operational work streams focused on Hardware Logistics, Content Delivery and manual ad-hoc business requests
  • Build basic marketing offers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with a number of teams both inside and outside of the business area
  • Investigate customer contacts relating to content issues and drive to resolutions
  • Support projects with manual tasking when required
  • Ensure processes are adhered to and challenge the status quo
  • Carry out e2e testing of new offers and provide feedback on issues or improvements

Your skills:

  • Numerate and ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Microsoft office experience (in particular Excel) and basic PC experience
  • Customer focused with an ability to clearly converse through written, verbal, and visual communications
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A natural problem-solving mentality
  • To be flexible in times of change, stays positive and shows ability to multi task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and teams
  • Takes responsibility and initiative for actions with the ability to work independently without supervision or guidance.
