Operations Director: Food Logistics - 3 months
The work location is Faversham (involves remote working and travel to the various distribution centres when appropriate). Travel between Faversham, Bedworth and Bradford required.
The pay rate on offer is £500 - £600 per day.
The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.
Key experience
- Supply chain or Logistics experience is essential
- Ambient or Frozen foods experience highly beneficial
- Data analysis - ability to analyse data relevant to Supply Chain and efficiencies, and present in an easily digestible manner to stakeholders is key
- Knowledge of exports highly beneficial - knowledge on the challenges Brexit imposes on exports (goods moving from the UK to the EU) would be a bonus

- The client's distribution centres are spread across the UK
- Key site will be in Faversham (occasional trips to the Bradford and Bedworth sites will be required)
- Work can be done remotely where appropriate too
