I am recruiting an experienced Operations Administrator to work for a market leading global engineering support services organisation to support the Recruitment Team for the Baggage Handling Operation at Heathrow Airport.

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for activities across a variety of functional areas supporting the recruitment administration process and lifecycle. The role is to provide a high quality and professional service to both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provision of an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service to the Recruitment Team and wider business across all aspects of resourcing.
  • Regular, efficient and accurate updating of all in house Information Systems and any other relevant databases in a timely manner.
  • Supporting in the provision of accurate reports, as required, in a timely manner.
  • Handling all internal and external customers and suppliers with professionalism, in a prompt and efficient manner in line with Company protocol.
  • Assist in the efficient and effective running of the department, ensuring all calls, visitors, requests and tasks are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with various hiring managers, at all levels in the organisation, as well as candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc support activities / administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain strict security in respect of personnel information, held electronically and/or manually, ensuring all comply with legislation including the Data Protection Regulations, inclusive of ensuring security of the Office(s).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others, build effective relationships and deal confidently with people at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team in a busy, fast paced environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
