Role:

  • The team members drive execution and provide automation improvements to maintain customer and partner satisfaction during the 'deployment' phase. You will be responsible for delivering the customer On-boarding Experience for Office 365 & other cloud based services while utilizing the company's IP and assets across partners, support teams, the field sales organizations and Office 365 business groups. The On-boarding Relationship Manger role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
  • The success measures include customer and partner satisfaction, measured by survey, reduction in later support calls from customers and reducing the time and cost to on board customers with a constant learning and feedback process.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Execute, manage and lead a set of the clients customers and partners through the On-boarding process in a timely manner
  • Analyze, develop and communicate key On-boarding process and technology improvements for Office 365 and other services for the entire deployment cycle
  • Delivering and report key business metrics for all on-boarding activities
  • Be totally responsive to customer needs.
  • Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT at all times
  • Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services, Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics
  • Manage customer and partner On-boarding programs within expected time frames while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs
  • Be recognized as an Office 365 engineering On-boarding Leader within the team and wider business
  • Manage the workflow of the On-boarding engineers on multiple concurrent projects
  • Proactively drive customer adoption and use of all products and services and be a brand ambassador at all times
