The Job

This role will ensure the smooth and efficient running of office operations, booking all meetings and events and correct delivery of catering where necessary

Based on reception at a central London office you will be the main point of contact for all staff and visitors in the office

You will be responsible for the security of the office, recording and monitoring all staff members and contractors that have access and carrying out monthly compliance checks including emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and L8 Legionella Management

There will be direct Line management responsibilities of a Part time receptionist. Manager duties include but not limited to authorising annual leave, managing cover arrangements, carrying out one to ones, training, developing and motivating them


Your days will be very varied, and the candidate must be happy to work in an office environment that can be extremely busy, as well as quieter at times.

The Office has 32 Hot Desks and 7 Meetings rooms

Flexible with working hours, in order to best accommodate office visitors and meetings

Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in office management

Experience of health and safety procedures; including incident reporting arrangements

Experience of Security procedures and visitor management

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
