Office Administrator

We are actively looking to secure an enthusiastic and conscientious Office Administrator to join Experis.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support multiple teams across a busy site, by assisting with general office admin duties.

You will be a highly organised and efficient individual looking to develop your career within office administration.

As an Office Administrator, you will be required to support employees including Account Managers, HR & Resource teams. This role will also involve both admin and receptionist responsibilities therefore will ensure a varied working environment.

To ensure your success in this role you will possess the ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances. Have an excellent eye for detail teamed with the ability to multi task various requests and prioritise your own workload.

Responsibilities include

  • Supporting multiple teams with the management of projects
  • Occasional assistance with travel enquiries and arrangements
  • Managing diaries for members of the team
  • Arranging meeting rooms including replenishing refreshments
  • Meeting and greeting both internal staff and clients
  • Escorting clients to relevant areas of the site
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries or taking messages
  • Monitoring inboxes and dealing with email enquiries
  • Stationary orders when necessary
  • Providing secretarial and general office administrative support
  • Scanning / photocopying / filing
  • Managing administration tasks

Essential skills/Knowledge

  • Must be eligible for basic security clearance
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Organisational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • Experience of data entry
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure
