NPI Engineer

Life Sciences

£300-£400pd (Dependent on experience)

A leading life sciences company are looking for a highly motivated NPI Engineer to help them get there new products ready for market. You will aid them in transitioning from their in-house prototype systems to a complete technical file and build processes, enabling them to get their newest products to market!

They combine world leading research into the science of cell freezing with engineering expertise to create pioneering cryochain technology for advanced medicines.

Essential Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform activates such as;

  • CE Marking
  • CE testing (both EMC and electrical safety).
  • NRTL testing
  • Completing/compiling product design files (e.g. wiring looms, build manuals)
  • Facilitating product documentation such as servicing and user manuals
  • Help to design and source packaging, ensuring adherence to product & box labelling requirements.
  • Our products are all lab based equipment (61010). Experience of this and EMC standards are of enormous benefit to the correct candidate, although we'd also like to hear from someone with experience with a similar standard
  • EMC Test house or Notified Body testing
  • Proven problem solving ability, in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Commitment to quality and ensuring that quality guidelines have been adhered to

Qualifications / Requirements

  • CE Marking experience is essential
  • Our products are all lab based equipment (61010) Also (61326 / 55032 / 61000) Experience of these are of enormous benefit to the correct candidate, although we'd also like to hear from someone with experience with a similar standard

  • Commitment to quality and ensuring that quality guidelines have been adhered to
