My Edinburgh based client are currently looking to hire a Norwegian speaking IT Support Professional to join their growing technical centre of excellence. This role would be well suited to an individual who has a technical degree or commercial experience within an IT Support Function.

What will the role involve?

This position will see you engage and support external clients, focusing predominantly on Microsoft products and networking.

You will become a subject matter expert in a bespoke product suite and will work towards consultancy level within the company. Dealing with tickets in an effective and timely manner is crucial.

You will likely mentor more junior members of the team and become an integral part of the wider business as the team grows. There are future opportunities to gain promotion within the company and there is very much an established career path for those who are committed to development.

What experience do I require?

It is expected that you have either a relevant technical degree or experience of working in an IT support role. Ideally, you will have a good knowledge in networking and Microsoft products.
