Typically, people carrying out this role will hold some form of technical qualification i.e. CCNA/CCNPResponsible for excellent Technical Support you will require an understanding of:WAN technologies including: Leased Lines, Carrier Ethernet, EFM, xDSL.technologies including Edge, Access and Data CentreCisco R&S technologies: ASR9000 /ASR1000 switches, ME3600 Metro Ethernet switchesCisco 6500, 3700, 2900 and 800 series routers.
