Role Title: Network Business Analyst - Wireless Domain
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: London/Knutsford, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
Rate: up to £429.64 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role purpose / summary
- Capture business requirements for enterprise wireless networks.
- Analyse wireless coverage, capacity, and performance needs.
- Support WLAN design initiatives and refresh programmes.
- Document SSID, authentication, and segmentation requirements.
- Work with engineers on wireless standards and design decisions.
- Support wireless security and guest access solutions.
- Assist with site survey requirements and outputs.
- Define KPIs and SLAs for wireless services.
- Support incident trends and root cause analysis.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise networking and security standards.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Wi Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
- Exposure to enterprise WLAN solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
- Understanding of wireless security and roaming concepts.
- Experience supporting large campus or office environments.
