My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for a junior service desk support role. The successful candidate will join this growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a technical business and to gain some great experience working in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing or telephone-based customer service environment and will be happy speaking to a high volume of candidates on a daily basis. Key responsibilities for the role will include:Dealing with basic customer support queries around audio and mobile devicesEscalating support issues when requiredBasic end user training for mobile devicesDealing with a high volume of customer calls Any experience in other languages including Chinese/Mandarin, South Korean or Arabic would be advantageous. Please note this role will potentially involve shift work after the first 6 months.
