My client based in Edinburgh has a requirement for a MI Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised client on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Skills & Background

  • Assist in reporting, MI, and analytics across the HR function and wider organisation.
  • Understanding and anticipating the needs of your customers by translating their requests into workable reporting solutions.
  • Working effectively with sensitive and confidential data.
  • Capturing and manipulating large amounts of data, whilst working at a fast pace with excellent attention to detail.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholder groups to enable data driven decisions to be made.
  • Partnering with key HR personnel to ensure deliverables and data submission deadlines are met.
  • Produce relevant, clear, concise and timely reports.
  • Assist in making the move from Management Information to Insights that drives improvements within HR, the business and the overall employee experience.
  • Experience in using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar application.

Essential

  • Great people skills and analytical ability.
  • Experience working in HR or a background in HR reporting systems, insights, and dashboards or experience of working within analytics functions with transferable skills to HR.
  • High level of numeracy, literacy and accuracy.
  • Flexible attitude with an ability to view challenges from a customer's perspective.
