  • The role will focus on reviewing the workflow of customer journeys and the various teams and interactions that the customer will have contact with.
  • Background in reviewing data feeds, including working on workflow systems, will be beneficial.
  • The MI Analyst will then build a picture of the how various customer interactions are processed and resolved.
  • It's key that the MI Analyst is able to track and report on the various steps in the customer journey.
  • Tools used will be MS Access and Excel.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in remediation, customer operations or 1st/2nd level risk.
