My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join the team on a initial 3 Month contract.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Project Manager to assess our existing ways of working and establish best in class methods to track the performance of Acquisition marketing in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing ways of working between Marketing and Sales to ensure that leads performance is tracked accurately and that Sales input is collected correctly to support modeling and forecasting efforts. In owning and driving end to end acquisition efficiency, the UK Marketing Project Manager will work with a variety of internal teams. This role will report directly into the UK Marketing Acquisition Manager.


  • Working closely with other internal teams to capture existing ways of working on Sales Force
  • Proactively identifying, communicating, and addressing gaps throughout the existing process
  • Producing clear and concise requirements specifications
  • Communicating suggestions and plans to stakeholders, ensuring correct alignment/approvals are in place.
  • Liaising with the Sales Force team to make any required changes
  • Creating relevant documentation to ensure consistency in ways of working across teams.
  • Daily lead reallocation of inbound leads to Sales.
  • Occasional manual input of marketing generated leads into SFDC
  • Working with the digital team to ensure correct capture and tagging of web enquiries

  • Deliver reporting and analytics to drive results, inform improvements and support forecasting and modelling

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years experience with Sales Force
  • Track record of successful project planning, management and delivery, including excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and forecasting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Able to work independently under own initiative
  • Experience working with Sales and Account Development organizations is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing
