We're looking for an energetic and results driven Marketing Operations Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications, which will generate customer demand for the business and maximise brand value. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; * Manage and drive ROMI for the full marketing mix across key marketing programmes and campaigns, this includes, o The more traditional marcom tactics including; PR, advertising, tradeshows and events, POS, merchandising and sales promotions and support. o Increasing our 'digital first' approach to deliver a compelling end-to-end customer experience, e.g. email marketing, web+SEO, SEM and social media. * Embed cadence with UKI sales leaders to ensure close relationship, alignment and successful delivery of initiatives. Key accountabilities: * Content generation * Campaign execution * KPI and ROI metric focused * MQL generation * Competent and timely delivery of initiatives and tasks Requirements and Experience: * Minimum 2-3 years marketing / marcom experience * Demonstrable experience of the more traditional marketing mix including POSM, events and sales promotions. * Digital marketing skill set and experience highly desirable - e.g. web, email, social. * Integrated marketing campaign execution - NPI, brand. * Budget management and commercial acumen * Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience of working in a fast paced, changeable environment. * Full UK driver license, some travel required 10% Personal Specification * A high energy individual with passion, assertiveness and 'can do' attitude * Strong team player who shares and keeps team and stakeholders informed. * An integrative thinker but hands on in execution and is committed to deliver results. * Hungry to take ownership of key campaigns * Strong self-starter * Able to work well under pressure and prioritise a large and diverse work load.
