A fantastic opportunity to join a professional membership services organisation within their Marketing Team. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Maternity cover) to run customer engagement and acquisition campaigns, and to provide marketing support for our programme of events and training/qualification products.
The ideal candidate will experience delivering marketing campaigns to achieve financial and engagement targets. The post holder will be involved at every stage of the marketing cycle, from campaign planning, to delivery, to reporting. Experience working with membership bodies is preferred.
You should have experience in promoting events and running marketing campaigns for awards as this will be a critical part of your role.

Key skills and experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing marketing campaigns including events marketing
- A strong forward-thinker who is always looking for new opportunities to excel
- Proven experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver large scale projects
- Ability to influence key stakeholders to bring in new innovations and improve existing processes
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and affinity towards innovation
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent decision-making skills backed by data and insights
Technical:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent data analysis skills (collection, reporting and advising)
- Experience using marketing automation (CMS) and CRM platforms
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- Knowledge of Click Dimensions, Drift, and Hotjar (optional)
