My client is a well-known media company based in South West London. They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their busy marketing team on a short term contract.
This is a 3 month role initially, but there is scope for extension for the right candidate.
You should ideally be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks' notice, and be able to work via your own limited company or an umbrella company.

This is an exciting new role, where you will be responsible for developing and delivering world class Loyalty communications for our client's customers. This is a broad role which will require detailed planning skills to ensure flawless delivery. Responsible for all customer communications, from a welcome to the programme to a timely reminder of a reward about to expire, all communications will inspire our customers and let them know they are valued. A laser eye, and great attention to detail will be required to make sure all tailored communications are delivered to the right customer at the right time.

Main Responsibilities

· Flawless execution of all through the line customer loyalty communications, primarily email, but will also include DM, digital, social, PPC and many more channels
· Work with the Loyalty Marketing Controller to develop customer communications plans, including targeting, messaging, channels and frequency
· Responsible for the delivery of all customer facing elements of the loyalty programme
· Work with internal and external teams to ensure all creative assets are delivered on time
· Managing project plans and timelines to get sign off as required and meet all execution timings
· Manage campaigns from end to end, from brief to sign off and execution
· Manage costs in line with budgets, raise DOs
· Monitor agency costs, make sure they are competitive and challenge where appropriate
· Liaise with any external suppliers to ensure messages are delivered to specifications, e.g. emails render correctly on all devices
· Monitor and report back on campaign performance, devise and implement test and learn plans to drive improvement in loyalty metrics
· Monitor benchmark competitor companies and bring fresh ideas

Essential skills

· Experience of delivering highly tailored customer communications
· Previous experience on working on Loyalty programmes.
· Excellent project management skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work, juggling multiple and concurrent tasks and hitting tight deadlines
· Commercial awareness, able to monitor and manage budgets
· Analytically capable, able to take IDS analysis, and derive insight to improve future campaign performance
· Experience of working with the operational teams in the business
· Highly collaborative approach and good relationship builder
· Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
· Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent communicator
· Marketing, technical or business degree
· Evidence of a drive for self-improvement and career progression
