My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive on a initial 3 month contract. This role is based Virtual and Inside IR35.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Delivering marketing lifecycle treatments across the customer tenure through a variety of channels such as e-mail and phone to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Ensuring a high standard of Customer-facing communications consistent with our brand values and Compliance requirements
  • Partnering with colleagues in Marketing, Account Sales and Product Management to create measurable growth from our customers
  • Managing tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns
  • Driving innovation and thought leadership to develop Customer marketing - identifying & prioritizing new opportunities to drive growth in this segment
  • Developing a deep understanding of how to communicate effectively with our customers in a way that inspires action

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven Marketing success ideally in a B2B environment
  • A solid understanding of B2B payments
  • Demonstrable experience of conversion funnel analysis and analytic problem solving
  • Results Oriented
  • Relationship management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders within all levels of the organization and agencies
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, proficiency in SFDC is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of successfully keeping multiple initiatives on track and proven project management skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
  • Experience of working across teams and building relationships to get work done
