Marketing Executive (Social Media)
Location: London
Duration: 6 months with scope to extend

My Client is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager with a strong social media background to join the team in London for an initial 6 month project.

Core responsibilities:
You'll be:
· Managing the operations of running a global business blog and creating plans for engaging future content in a busy environment often to tight deadlines.
· Ensure global and regional marketing priorities are reflected in online content.
· Managing our partner content agency and refining the on-going social content publishing process
· Improve the marketing and raise the visibility of the blog by increasing the number of readers, with an eye on on-site engagement and conversion to call-to-actions.
· Support global and regional marketing campaigns as a creative content thinker and implementation partner, then create and lead social content strategies to attain social ROI.
· Manage and ensure a consistent approach of our social listening strategy across F&R and respective teams, using our social media monitoring tools,
· Partner with global corporate content and proposition marketing teams for strategy, governance, standards and uncover best practices
· Work with our internal site development agency (GCS/ Global Creative Services) to deliver our next phases of features and functionalities for the Financial & Risk blog
· Continually seeking new points of content marketing innovation while disseminating knowledge of social media content industry, process, best practices and capabilities from B2B/ Financial Services/ Technology sectors
· Experience in using and managing the process of content management platforms technology such as Contently, Percolate or Kapost will be very advantageous

Essential Skills:
· At least 3 years or more experience in B2B social media content marketing or digital marketing (client or agency) for the professional services/ technology or institutional financial services industry, you'll also have general knowledge of the full digital marketing mix, including search engine optimisation, mobile, UX/UI.
· Essential to have strategic and hands-on experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics
· Advantageous if you can demonstrate hands-on experience with marketing clouds (e.g. Adobe , Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), content management systems (e.g. Contently or Percolate or Kapost), social monitoring and listening tools (e.g. Adobe Social, Crimson Hexagon)
· Knowledge of current trends of best-practice social media content marketing in and outside of our industry
· Patience and ability to share and impart social content best practices to marketing and sales colleagues
· Exceptional project management, highly organised with great prioritisation skills
· Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders across multiple teams in a highly matrixed international organisation
· Ability to multitask and deliver on tight time lines whilst keeping the overall vision in mind.
· Exceptional communication and influencing skills
· Team player (we seriously mean this!), highly collaborative with a global business mindset
