The Job
Acting in a supporting role you will help the delivery of a consistent, powerful and authoritative programme of insights, international content creation and dissemination through multiple internal and external channels.

Taking a Lead role you will head the creative conversion of insights content into visually engaging outputs that boost impact.

Working with the Insights Communications Manager and Group Head of Insights to identify sources for new content ideas and work with them to incorporate their input into insights content

You will be responsible for engaging internal stakeholders to identify ways to source content ideas from across the business at all levels

As part of the content team you will coordinate the planning and delivery of insights content through a multi-channel approach that utilise the power of an truly integrated marketing and communications function

Key Accountabilities:
You are required to understand and assimilate the insights programme themes and use this knowledge to inform decisions around other programme responsibilities
You will own and lead the creative conversion of insights text into visually engaging content that demonstrates the breadth of available channels, tools and media we can use to bring our brand to life
Collaborating with other content teams you will ensure the successful coordination of multichannel external and internal content dissemination
Taking ownership of and leading the integration international offices - working with Communications Managers and the offices themselves to identify opportunities to build global perspectives into content
You will create innovative new ways to access the wealth of relevant thinking and knowledge within the workforce to fuel the growth of an insights content library.

The Fit
You are expected to be able to manage a large and varied workload with the ability to multitask across projects, prioritise work effectively and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
You will demonstrate the ability to make logical connections between themes, ideas, concepts, theories, and content - connecting the dots to bring clarity to multiple instances of complex information
A good understanding of how to maximise the impact of authoritative content through the integration of digital/social/email marketing
A natural creative aptitude with a curious and questioning mind will thrive within this role

Essential Attributes
Educated to degree level or higher or equivalent working experience
Experience of creating complex content
The ability to use a rage of social media channels
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
