You would be joining a new team that are responsible for the complete portfolio of the company's professional services solutions- from content through to artificial intelligence. This includes a portfolio of Tax and Accounting and Legal Solutions, serving both the professional and corporate market. The complete print catalogue is also a key component. As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:Customer communication and marketing channels that will help to drive usage, retention, up-selling and customer satisfaction measuresWorking across a range of solutions to develop a more joined-up approach across the portfolioEnsuring that the business is aware of, and ready for, product updates and enhancements within your portfolioExecuting customer communications and campaigns across a range of media and channels, including direct marketing and in-product marketingDeveloping and owning a series of webinars, roundtables and other key events designed to keep customers closely connected with developmentsTaking the lead in the development of the sales enablement marketing strategies The successful Marketing Executive will be highly customer focused, with good relationship management and organisational skills.
