My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Partnership Marketing Executive on a initial 3 month contract. This role is initially based 1-2 days per week in London and the remainder virtual and Inside IR35.

There is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic and critical UK Partnerships team, which manages all aspects of the product and partnership management businesses.

This Partnership Marketing Executive will lead the day-to-day aspects of the relationship with one or more Co-Brand partners, and all elements of product management including acquisition campaigns, customer experience management, strong stakeholder management and partner channel planning, as well as working on key projects and coordinating the relationship across the business.

The position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their marketing skills and drive tangible growth for the business within a partner-facing environment. Key success metrics will include acquisition, revenue, cancellation rates and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will leverage their strengths in marketing, product management and analytics to support profitable growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deliver end-to-end multi-channel acquisition customer and engagement campaigns with the co brand partner
  • Work with key tactical agencies across both creative and media on new campaigns from briefing and concepting, creative execution, input on media plans to ensuring campaigns are running smoothly
  • Actively monitor campaign performance, and reporting back on results internally and externally
  • Manage and update budgets and invoicing process
  • Collaborate with other departments including others in the Co-brand team, UK Product team, Central Product teams, Customer Service and Compliance to align on plans, campaigns and gather feedback
  • Monitor performance and analyse data of the Co brands portfolio, identifying insights and trends
  • Maintain strong focus on competitor activity and external environment generally

Qualifications:

  • Marketing campaign management experience is essential
  • Exceptional internal stakeholder and external- facing partner management skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communicator
  • Solid experience of driving results across several complex projects
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Quantitative and analytical skills coupled with strong written and oral communication to articulate learning's and outputs and inform planning
  • Excellent process management ability and attention to detail
