Marketing Automation Associate (Marketo) - 6 Months - ChalfontMy client is looking for a Marketing Automation Associate, ideally with Marketo knowledge and application, for an initial 6-month position based in Chalfont, Buckinghamshire. The client is a large organisation and a leader in the healthcare industry.Role Summary/Purpose The Marketo Associate is responsible for assisting the Marketing Automation Specialist to create and maintain personalized marketing automation assets and programs in the Marketo platform, ensuring brand guidelines are used consistently and all assets are compliant. This includes bringing existing assets into line with a new brand as well as creating new emails and landing pages. He/she will assist in creating marketing automation solutions that tie in with overarching digital marketing initiatives. Essential Responsibilities Bring existing Marketo emails and landing pages into line with new brand.Collaborate with marketing communications partners, web/marketing writers, digital team members and product marketing to create emails, landing pages, and associated marketing automation (Marketo) programs.Ensure assets are kept on-brand, updating images and copy as required.Assist in creating campaign reports and presenting results to marketing communications and digital marketing teams. Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 2 years relevant experience (marketing communication, web content management or similar), preferably with one year in a dedicated marketing automation role.Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design software such as Adobe DreamweaverGood working knowledge of graphic-related software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) and image optimization methods.Experience working on multiple projects with multiple functions/stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and initiative.Proficient in MS Office suite.Desired Characteristics Experience of video editing.Knowledge of the Life Sciences industryExperience working in a large global organization, communicating and presenting remotely.Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently as well as within a team.
