Working closely with external clients throughout the entire product life-cycle to deliver innovative solutions they are expanding the production departments and therefore looking for a new Supervisor.Great opportunity for an Engineer with pressurised systems experience to take the step up into a management role! The Job: You will provide professional engineering supervision and support for a team of multi-skilled engineers who provide a maintenance and repair service to the assets of the site. As the Engineering Supervisor you will deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring the successful and efficient planning, co-ordination and delivery of engineering maintenance shutdowns. Ensuring the highest levels of cGMP, HSE and financial compliance are maintained. You will also ensure equipment maintenance and inspections comply with the relevant statutory regulations. Planning and resource management, that the maintenance team provides the required service to meet the business objectives will be a key part of your role Monitor and adapt maintenance strategies, including the purchase and use of spare parts, to make best use of new technology, changing business needs and to delivery cost and efficiency savings The Fit.You must hold an Engineering qualification (discipline ideally Mechanical or Electrical)You must also have worked with pressurised systems, ideally in an aerosol manufacturing environment but specifically aerosols is not essentialIf you have completed ATEX or NEBOSH training please note within your CVIf you have any people management experience please also note within your CVTo Apply If you're ready to apply, fantastic!
