Based within their central London finance team, reporting to the Head of Management Reporting. This role aims to deliver a high quality, efficient finance and accountancy service to the organisation and its customers.The roleProvide comprehensive analysis of accounting transactions to ensure management reporting is able to provide the required information for strategic decisions.Assess performance of the business and provide insight into key variances, estimates and forecasts. Reporting - responsible for the provision of draft management reports including associated analysis for a range of stakeholders for review with senior colleagues. Budget setting - Lead on reconciliation between prior year expenditure and year to date costs to enable senior colleagues and budget holders to challenge the draft budget.Models - Responsible for maintaining the internal recharge model.The person Part Qualified accountant, CCAB or equivalent qualification ideally with 3 years PQE Experience and skills in management reporting. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial systems and controlsConfident in handling and interpreting complex numerical data and presenting in a clear and concise manner.Demonstrate strong communication skills including the ability to influence and build good working relationships at all levels both internally and externally. Proficient IT skills using financial reporting tools along with sound knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
