Maintenance Technicians - Mechanical roles available
Salary of up to £36,685 + bonus and excellent benefits

Postcode - WC2N 5DU and surrounding locations across North, East, South and West London

We are looking for six specialist Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to work on a mobile basis with a number of different trades across North, East, South and West London.

  • On call payment of up to £2,540 per annum added to your salary plus payment by callout

The role

  • You will deliver building services maintenance and repairs within your trade/s
  • You will ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors
  • You will work across a number of sites in an area and be mobile working full-time day shifts of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • You will be supporting excellent facilities management and ultimately patient care in the NHS through ensuring compliance with all processes/procedures and policies including but not limited to SFG20
  • You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services within your trade and within critical environments, assessing and solving problems across a range of complex technical issues including new installations from design to completion
  • You will hold an NVQ Level 3 and/or higher BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent OR have completed a formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent accreditation/s for your trade/trades
  • Combustion technicians will test and inspection of combustion heating services, fault finding,minor repairs or installations
  • Mechanical technicians will be able to maintain building systems including; heating, ventilation and air conditioning within public buildings
  • You will also have a full UK driving licence and will need to travel across the area and occasionally to other areas in the region.
