🚀 Machine Learning Engineer - LLMs / Generative AI
We're working with a pioneering tech organisation driving the next wave of generative AI. They're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help transform cutting-edge research into production-grade systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and scaling infrastructure, workflows, and tools to power Large Language Models (LLMs).
Partnering with researchers to overcome challenges in agent-generated code.
Building frameworks for annotation, training, and model development at scale.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years' experience in ML/AI (LLMs, recommender systems, data mining, or similar).
Proven hands-on work with LLM agents / generative AI.
Strong coding in Python with PyTorch / TensorFlow.
Advanced debugging, experimentation, and optimisation skills.
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
Bonus Skills:
Research background (papers, Kaggle Master).
Backend API development + frontend (React/JavaScript) for annotation tools.
Contract Details:
Contract: Outside IR35
Duration: 6-12 months (extension very likely)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
