LXP Designer - Contract - Remote - £Competitive Day Rate
We are currently looking for a LXP Designer to join an exciting electronics client of ours on an initial 12 month basis. This a fully remote role and offers a very competitive day rate.
As an LXP designer you will have a passion for learning and all things technical and will be able to take that passion to help set the deployment strategy of our EMEALA Service Offerings. You will also closely partner with other members of the learning team globally.
Responsibilities include:
- Positively impact customer loyalty and satisfaction by helping our regional teams engage, adopt, and perform in our new system
- Impact employees in the region by creating stimulating ways to help them improve their performance at work
- Investigate new opportunities and participate in the development of effective training that is impactful and inventive
Requirements:
- Oracle or SAP experience
- An experienced L&D Project Lead with recent large complex learning project leadership experience, in particular experience with designing/deploying learning for ERP platforms
- A vision and passion for learning and can execute that in the real world.
- Experience collaborating with instructors, IDs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders
