Legal Graduate Opportunity

We are actively looking to secure Legal Graduates to join Experis for our Expert Consultants team for delivering services to our clients such as;

  • Drafting, negotiating and finalising transaction agreements, these will be across a whole host of agreements ranging from Master Agreements and associated agreements (including Credit Support Annexes, margin annexes, guaranties, tri-party account control agreements, and confidentiality agreements, where applicable), GMRAs (Global Master Repurchase Agreement), MRAs (Master Repurchase Agreement), GMLSAs (Global Master Securities Lending Agreement), MSLAs (Master Securities Lending Agreement), MSFTAs Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement), and futures and swap clearing agreements.
  • Reviewing legal opinions for netting of transactions.
  • Tracking, staying abreast of, and reporting on negotiations
  • Making recommendations to senior management on how the negotiation process can be approved.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates for this position should competently demonstrate the following

  • Experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role
  • Bi-Lingual - desirable
  • A proven record of completing complex documentation within very tight time deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent client service and internal coordination skills as part of a project team with a particular mandate.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines, bank colleagues, and within a team.

Qualifications

  • Law Degree preferred but not necessary with experience and understanding of New York or English law ISDA Master Agreements.
