Legacy/Existing Business Systems Project Manager- Bracknell- 12 Months+

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Functional Owners and BPOs are enabled to confirm the scope of any system changes that will be required to integrate into the OneERP system
  • Supporting the Functional Consultants and BPOs to agree integration and legacy system change criteria and requirements based on systems identified and OneERP time-lines
  • Working with legacy/Existing System owners and their technical architects to ensure time-lines for delivery of solutions are understood and any issues /risk documented and actioned/escalated
  • Liaising with legacy system owners and their technical architects as required in monitoring delivery of a solution to OneERP time-lines
  • Where required, supporting existing business systems owners in liaising with third party Vendors
  • Ensure that approval gateways are defined and met in the delivery plan for any change
  • Act as liaison between the OneERP test team and existing business system owners to ensure that the test team have sufficient detail to prepare appropriate test scenarios for any change
  • Establish and maintain a project plan in conjunction with the existing business system owners to track and monitor delivery progress for agreed changes
  • Agree reporting profile with existing business teams to include resource profile, costs and milestone achievement status
  • Provide reports on status and progress as required by the OneERP Integration Lead

Experience of managing projects across distributed teams

  • General understanding of ERP business solutions
  • Demonstrate understanding of Programme and Project management best practices and competencies as identified in the SFIA framework
  • Senior Project Manager
  • Ability to manage stakeholders with strong communication skills
  • Ability to set up own virtual team community and manage then towards a target
  • Experiences in classic and agile methodologies and approaches to be used in daily business
  • On-site meeting in Bracknell, Augsburg or Munich at least every 2nd week for few days (weekly on-site even better), travel to other countries on request,
  • Drive people, functional design completion, monitor and track development until unit testing
  • Experienced in integrated architecture and integrated solutions
  • Ability to understand and learn quickly
  • Ability to manage difficult situation, keep professional communication standard and being resistant to stress
