Senior on-site technician - (O365) - Southampton - 3+ months

Our client, a market leading multi-national technology company are looking for a Senior on-site technician, to join them on a customer project based in Southampton. The assignment is an initial 3 month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate.

Role Overview:

  • The role itself encompasses managing Tech Deck, fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High Level AV Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the customers TechDeck.
  • The customer has recently migrated their estate to new hardware and Windows 10, so some familiarity with supporting this OS will be desirable.
  • The successful candidate should be capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.

Key Skills For This Role:

  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate prior experience of desk-side capabilities, with all round strong technical and importantly, interpersonal skills.
  • You should also have excellent documentation and communication skills as you will be passing this on to an integrator to roll out whilst also working within a customer facing environment.
  • Candidates require O365 experience, laptop/desktop repairs, software upgrades.
  • You must also have experience working with Windows 10.
