Lead Generation Executive - Canary Wharf - Competitive Salary & OTE Earnings

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Generation Executive join a global blue-chip organisation specialising in providing market leading software and online intelligence solutions into the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, intellectual property and science and media markets.

As a Lead Generation Specialist within this organisation, you will work closely with a team of Account & Business Development Managers to arrange targeted introductory calls and first stage client meetings and demonstrations. This will involve new business prospecting, lead generation and qualification. We are looking for someone who is hungry and driven, and is looking to develop into am Account Management, New Business or Hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing relevant companies
  • Calling senior level contacts at international companies throughout the EMEA region to set up web-based demonstrations of our software products and services.
  • Proactively enter and track all information and leads using a CRM system.
  • Follow up on specific management and marketing driven campaigns, as well as inbound calls and leads from inquiries made by current/potential clients.
  • Continuation of data cleansing to ensure accurate information for follow up and marketing activity.
  • Meet and exceed all established goals and targets.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Computer literacy.
  • Organised, methodical with good attention to detail.
  • Telephone/ Cold calling skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of tax, accounting, legal, risk and/or software application sales.
