Lead Change Manager
My client is a leader within the Legal sector, seeking a Lead Change Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract. You will be involved in international transformation as part of their Document Management Programme that will drive new processes, ways of working and access to information. You will be an expert in Change Management, Operations and Organisational Change and be familiar with a range of change management methodologies, tools and principles. This is a Global role, so experience delivering large scale change programmes would be highly advantageous. You will be comfortable managing Stakeholders, end user expectations, communications and training needs. Any previous experience within the legal sector would be highly advantageous, as would any knowledge of iManage Document Management platform and implementations.
