Due to substantial growth, our client is currently looking for Lead Business Analysts or highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to join one of their most fast-paced business functions.

The successful Lead/Senior Business Analyst will manage a team of up to 10 BAs so they are looking for a true role model and people-person who can inspire and drive their team forward! You will be comfortable working in an environment that is ever-changing where you will have to opportunity to create/influence structure and process. This role would suit a Senior BA with aspirations of a man-management career path!

Key experience and skills required;

  • A strong BA in your own right as you will be the technical escalation point for the team
  • Some experience of managing/coaching /mentoring a team is highly desirable but this can be developed in the role
  • Experienced in delivering innovative IT solutions on a large-scale in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of supporting IT transformation programmes
  • Experience of ERP systems is ideal - SAP would be beneficial
  • Good grasp of CRM systems would also be useful - Salesforce ideally but others will be advantageous
  • Ability to build Target Operating Models
  • Be able to manage expectations throughout the full-service delivery cycle, sponsor successful transformation to enable and drive real business change across multiple international geographic domains.
  • Be dynamic and adaptable
