A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Talent Manager to join the UKs leading support service organisation based in Bristol.
The L&D Talent Manager will be supporting the identification and development of employees at all levels within the organisation who have the potential for greater responsibility; work with colleagues across different departments to gain organisational insight in order to support delivery of initiatives which improve both individual and organisational effectiveness; drive and deliver key organisational development projects.

  • Provide expert advice and support to stakeholders across the business on talent management, leadership and management development
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear understanding of their desired business outcomes and goals, successful delivery of solutions and regular review
  • Ensure talent management activities are implemented effectively within the business to identify and develop employees with potential for greater responsibility
  • Design and deliver development solutions that support leaders and managers to achieve defined leadership capabilities
  • Support and coach leaders, managers, and employees with potential to support them in developing the desired leadership and management capabilities and behaviours
  • Ensure that relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders are developed and maintained to enable efficient and 'fit for purpose' delivery to customers
  • Ensure robust diagnosis, that uses real data from organisational, behavioural and psychological sources, is used to inform decisions relating to individual development through to organisational change initiatives
  • Help to create alignment between different activities, projects and initiatives by working with groups of people in the organisation to maximise engagement, ownership and contribution.
  • Continuous personal learning and development in support of the T, L&D teams purpose and objectives
  • Lead and deliver key specific HR projects as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience in L&D Talent Management
  • Ideally hold a CIPD Qualification
  • Ideally having worked on Projects and ability to manage these efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive thinker
