L2C Global Process Expert

Location - London

Initial 6 Month contract

My client, a large technology company within the industry is looking for a Global process expert to start a contract as soon as possible, on an initial 6 month contract based in London area. The client is currently working towards market rates and is looking to interview clients within a week.

Key Accountabilities

  • The role will include acting as a Global Process Expert with thorough subject matter
  • Expertise for all aspects of L2C.
  • Hold the relationships necessary to implement the L2C improvement and with the Transformation partner teams where required.
  • Lead the L2C transformation members in the CFU/CUs to define metrics and performance goals for the L2C Tower.
  • Partner business stakeholders to determine their input into detailed designs and requirements.
  • Develop and obtain sign off to policy changes required for overall design.
  • Ensure Data Governance, Data Quality and Master and Reference Data are embedded into the design and delivery.
  • Validate any key performance reports and measurements with the L2C GPO and capture in agreed template such as RICEFW.
  • Ensure all necessary controls are embedded into the design, signed off by the controls team, ready for deployment into BAU.
  • Testing & quality management, including translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product.
  • Ensure quality management checks on designs, prototypes and other requirements.
  • Work with the technical and change teams and business to define the cut over and business readiness plans.
  • Lead continuing transformation of L2C to best in class, applying ongoing continuous improvement to identify and implement changes (as agreed with the Finance Design Authority).

Skills required for this role.

  • Candidates must be able to lead multiple discipline teams from participants from MFB, to successfully deliver the project deliverable.
  • Candidates will hold strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences (including Business Units senior leadership teams)
  • Show clear knowledge of current business acumen.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working on a large programme.
  • Show a good understanding and/or ability to learn about best practice and make improvements and recommendations.
  • Show an in depth knowledge of KPI's, business performance drivers and analytical reporting requirements to support senior management decision making.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of L2C process (internally and externally)
  • Experience implementing SAP
  • Operational experience of delivering all or part of L2C Process to multiple business units across multiple geographies
  • Experience of delivering successful transformation projects where activities are managed in a matrix structure
  • Experience leading and managing global teams
  • Culturally aligned

Preferred:

  • Telco and/or experience in similar industry
  • Process improvement qualifications e.g. 6 sigma
  • Track record of delivering similar multiyear programmes in multiple companies
