Junior Video Producer

We are actively looking to secure an enthusiastic and conscientious Junior Video Producer to join Experis.

We are looking for a talented Junior Producer for our in-house creative video production team.

We want someone with a passion for creating engaging video content that can help our mission in creating video effective communications that help tell our story to our customers, partners and employees.

What's the role about?

You'll play an active role in the creative process in producing product/service announcements, social media content, promotions, and behind-the-scenes, on-site explainers, simple team messages for use with our customers, partners and employees at one of best companies in the world.

You will have industry experience and need to be self-motivated, skilled, with hands on experience and want to get involved with all the creative and technical aspects of projects in our studios, on location and in our edit suites.

You'll be a team player and a highly motivated all-rounder who is able to manage all aspects of a production from concept through final delivery, ensuring that all elements conform to the brand and creative vision, driving people to watch our content.

What will you do in your new role?

  • You will use your video production experience to help craft engaging content across a variety of formats, and continually raise the bar for our clients.

  • Ensuring visual consistency across multiple projects and delivering on budget and on brand using our templates and guides.

  • You'll collaborate and work closely with our production team, you start with the customer in mind and understand the powerful role that video can play in a successful and engaging messaging experience.

  • You will inspire confidence by your project management and tenacity in meeting a deadline and show an unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that everything counts.

  • You will be skilled in directing outside agencies/production companies, freelancers and managing a budget.

  • You will provide clear ownership and accountability to anything you touch, and see it through beyond completion - measuring a project's success beyond delivery.

Essential skills, abilities and behaviours

  • Ability to communicate your ideas in an exciting and empowering way.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven production environment.
  • Will have produced and worked on branded video content, including online and social media.
  • Desire and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute simple and mid-level production projects from concept through delivery.
  • Supervise and direct projects with outside freelance crews and talent.
  • Understanding of video production process, equipment, technology and roles.
  • The ability to work openly and collaboratively with a variety of team members that includes producers, editors, engineers and creative leads.
  • Excellent written/verbal/presentational communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn and know how to prioritise.
  • Have hands on working knowledge of camera and edit technology.
  • Be computer literate with PC, MAC or both
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn raw ideas into compelling video.
  • Can follow brand rules and budget guidelines in creating content.
  • Perform activities such as scheduling, planning, and resourcing.
  • Keep track of feedback, revisions and project communications.
  • A self-shooter or editor is a bonus
