My client, a Microsoft Dynamics Partner who specialises in providing small-medium sized businesses with Microsoft Dynamics solutions, are seeking to appoint a Junior Technical Consultant to join a close-knit team, based in Milton Keynes.

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the configuration and customiation whilst implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software, whilst also supporting the pre-sales process in areas such as demonstrations and research and post-sales, as part of a Support Helpdesk Offering.


In order to hit the ground running you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally 2:1 or above in: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Application
  • Some commercial experience in working in an IT focused role
  • A self-starter, who demonstrate an eagerness to learn and has a keen interest on technology
  • Ability to demonstrate that you have analytical/logical mind-set
  • Programming experience desirable, but not essential
  • Personable and good communicator within a team and potential of being client-facing
  • Good overall literacy and numeracy skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience desirable, but not essential
